Five Years After Hurricane Katrina: Headwaters Relief Organization Featured in the Twin Cities’ Channel 12 News Story
Headwaters Relief Organization was featured in a Twin Cities' Channel 12 (http://www.twelve.tv/) news story, recognizing the five year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina and describing Headwaters’ ongoing work in New Orleans and the region.
Hurricane Katrina was the event that led to the "River of Hope" project and the founding of Headwaters Relief Organization. It initiated the disaster relief work that the organization has done over the past five years in New Orleans, elsewhere in Louisiana, North Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota, and most recently, in Haiti.
